  • How do I change my WPCloud hosting plan?

    Open a support ticket or email support@wpcloud.ca with the plan you want. We handle the change with no downtime. Prorated billing applies for monthly and annual terms.

  • Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

    Yes—WPCloud offers a 30-day money-back guarantee as outlined in the refund policy KB.

  • Do you provide non-profit discounts?

    Yes. Submit proof of non-profit status via support and we’ll confirm eligibility and apply the discount.

  • How does pricing work with different currencies?

    Pricing is presented in CAD unless noted. If your payment method or invoicing requires a different currency, see the pricing & currency KB for details.

  • What’s included in managed service vs. what’s not?

    Included: infrastructure, backups, security, WordPress & plugin updates under our policy, performance tooling, and core troubleshooting. Not included: custom development, theme/plugin feature changes, SEO/content, or marketing email setup.

  • Do you provide free migrations?

    Yes—our migration team performs complimentary site migrations with testing and verification.

  • What are migration team hours?

    Monday–Thursday 9:00–19:00 ET, Friday 10:00–18:00 ET. Migrations are scheduled first-come, first-served.

    Domain, current host, desired destination (live or development), plus working WordPress/cPanel/FTP credentials.

  • How can I preview my site on WPCloud before DNS cutover?

    Use the hosts-file method on your computer and visit your domain over HTTPS; confirm with

    /wpc.html

    . Remove the hosts entry after testing.
