WPCloud supports registered non-profit organisations with a 10% discount on managed WordPress hosting. This guide explains eligibility and how to apply the discount.
Eligibility
- Verified non-profit status (official documentation required)
- Registered charities, educational institutions, and other organisations with recognised non-profit status are generally eligible.
- You’ll need a WPCloud account (or the intention to create one).
Discount Details
- Amount: 10% off regular pricing
- Applies to: Typically recurring payments for the duration of your hosting plan (please confirm with Support)
Existing plans: Contact Support to discuss adding the discount to an active plan — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
How to Obtain the Discount
- Contact Support
- Create a ticket via the Support Portal or email support@wpcloud.ca.
- Provide verification
- Attach documentation proving your organisation’s non-profit status.
- Review
- Our team verifies eligibility.
- Receive your code
- We’ll issue a unique discount code.
- Apply at checkout
- Enter the code when selecting your hosting plan. (For existing plans, Support can assist with application.)
